Microsoft may kill never confirmed "Pink Project"

Microsoft Corp, the software giant has been rumored to be working on a “Pink Project”, which include the development of Microsoft’s mobile phone and few application based on the devices.

According to latest update, it seems that the company might put an end to the initiative. Recently, few pictures have reported in the wild, in the form of two handsets supposedly called Turtle and Pure, but Microsoft never accepted the rumor of Pink Project.

According to report, most of the people of the Pink team have left the sight as the team does not have the necessary resources to continue the work on a product. It is also reported that the project lacks the third-party application support for the success in the market.

It was reported that the devices are sliders and would be branded as “Microsoft + Sharp” products with codenameTurtle and Pure. The first device ‘Turtle’ is dressed like Motorola QA1, while the other one ‘Pure’ is more traditionally-shaped candy-bar slider. It is supposed that the devices feature WinMo 7 version.
